Terms & conditions

I. Introductory provisions

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between DIGITAL WOLF s.r.o., Company ID: 07253451, VAT ID: CZ07253451, registered office at Hlavní 341/102, 664 31 Lelekovice, Czech Republic (the “provider”), and the client ordering the services (the “client”).

II. Subject of services

The provider offers in particular custom web and AI application development, automation of business processes, and content marketing including native promotion within its own portfolio of web projects. The specific scope of services is always agreed individually.

III. Orders and conclusion of contract

The contractual relationship arises upon confirmation of an order or quote by e-mail or by signing a separate contract. The provider’s quotes are valid for the period stated in them, otherwise 30 days.

IV. Price and payment terms

The price of services is governed by the agreed quote. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due 14 days from issue. The provider is a VAT payer.

V. Delivery and cooperation

Delivery dates are agreed individually and assume the necessary cooperation from the client (materials, access, feedback). Delays on the client’s side extend the delivery date accordingly.

VI. Intellectual property rights

Unless agreed otherwise, upon full payment of the price the client acquires a licence to use the delivered work to the extent necessary for the agreed purpose. The provider is entitled to list the completed project in its references.

VII. Liability

The provider is liable for damage caused by breach of its obligations up to a maximum of the price paid for the affected service. The provider is not liable for damage arising from third-party interference or improper use of the delivered work.

VIII. Personal data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy policy.

IX. Final provisions

Legal relationships not expressly governed by these terms are subject to the law of the Czech Republic, in particular the Civil Code. These terms are valid and effective from 1 June 2026.
