Website malware removal

Malware, spam redirects, or a “This site may be hacked” warning in Google? We manually clean your WordPress and Joomla site, fix the root cause and harden it so it doesn’t happen again.

Website malware removal

What malware removal covers

A complete clean-up and hardening — from removing the malware to getting your site off Google’s blacklists.

Malware & backdoor removal

We manually remove malicious code from files and the database — including hidden backdoors that cause sites to get reinfected.

Hacked site repair

We remove redirects, injected scripts, spam pages and defacement, and restore the site to its original state.

Root-cause fix

We find and patch the vulnerability the attacker used to get in. Without it, the hack keeps coming back.

Restore from clean sources

We compare core, plugins, themes and extensions against the official clean version and replace the infected files.

Blacklist removal

After cleaning, we request a review from Google Safe Browsing and remove the “This site may be hacked” warning.

Post-clean hardening

Updates, a firewall (WAF), two-factor authentication and strong passwords — so the site resists further attacks.

How the clean-up works

A clear process — from diagnosis through clean-up to hardening and monitoring.

01

Diagnosis

We scan the site and server, identify the infection type and its scope. We tell you exactly what happened.

02

Backup & clean-up

We take a full backup and manually remove the malware and every backdoor from files and the database.

03

Root-cause fix & updates

We patch the entry point, update the core and extensions, and reset all access credentials.

04

Blacklist & hardening

We get the site off blacklists, apply security measures and offer ongoing monitoring.

Frequently asked questions

Didn’t find your answer? Write to us and we’ll reply within 24 hours.

How long does malware removal take?

We clean most sites within hours to one business day from the moment we get access. Removing the Google warning depends on Google’s review and usually takes another 24–72 hours.

Will I lose content or data?

No. We take a full backup before we start and only remove malicious code. Your content, design and database stay intact.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on the platform, the extent of the infection and the size of the site. After an initial diagnosis we give you a fixed price up front — no surprises.

Will it get reinfected?

Not if we fix the root cause and harden the site. Reinfection mostly happens when a backdoor or an unpatched vulnerability is left behind — we remove both thoroughly. For peace of mind we also offer ongoing monitoring.

Can you remove the Google “This site may be hacked” warning?

Yes. After cleaning we request a review via Google Search Console and the warning usually disappears within 24–72 hours.

Do you clean Joomla sites too?

Yes, both WordPress and Joomla. For Joomla we also fully uninstall vulnerable extensions (just hiding them isn’t enough) and never overwrite the site’s configuration file.

Do you offer ongoing protection?

Yes. After the clean-up we can take over ongoing monitoring, firewall, backups and update management so the problem doesn’t recur.
