Which websites do you manage?
Our main specialism is Joomla, including older installations and complex extensions. We also manage WordPress and WooCommerce websites. We always confirm the scope after the initial audit.
What is the difference between website management and hosting?
Hosting provides server space and its basic operation. We look after the website itself: updates, backups, functionality, security status, installed components and coordination of any hosting-related fixes.
Do you update everything automatically?
No. We choose the level of automation according to risk. Small, safe updates can be automated; major changes and sensitive websites require a backup, compatibility checks and, where appropriate, staging.
How do you verify backups?
A successful backup job is not enough. We check backup availability and age, and perform a test restoration or recoverability check at the agreed interval.
Is malware removal included in monthly management?
Routine monitoring and a limited response depend on the selected plan. Extensive malware removal, forensic analysis, incident recovery and major migrations are separate services unless the agreement explicitly includes them.
Can you take over an outdated or compromised website?
Yes, but we begin with an initial audit. We price critical updates, migration or clean recovery separately so ongoing management does not start from an unknown or compromised baseline.
How much does website management cost?
The price depends on the platform, number of extensions, importance of the website, required response time and monitoring scope. After the initial audit, we recommend an appropriate level of care and define the monthly scope and exclusions in advance.
