I. Basic provisions
The controller of personal data under Art. 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) is DIGITAL WOLF s.r.o., Company ID: 07253451, registered office at Hlavní 341/102, 664 31 Lelekovice, Czech Republic (the “controller”). Contact: info@digitalwolf.cz, +420 776 275 684. The controller has not appointed a data protection officer.
II. Sources and categories of processed data
The controller processes personal data you have provided, or data obtained in fulfilling your order — in particular identification and contact data and data necessary to perform the contract.
III. Legal basis and purpose of processing
The legal basis is the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), the legitimate interest in direct marketing (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The purpose is processing your order and sending commercial communications.
IV. Data retention period
The controller retains personal data for the period necessary to exercise rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship (5 years after its termination), or until consent for marketing purposes is withdrawn, for a maximum of 5 years. After this period, the data is deleted.
V. Recipients of personal data
Recipients are parties involved in delivering services and processing payments and parties providing marketing services (e.g. mailing and cloud service providers, including possible transfer to third countries).
VI. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), restriction of processing (Art. 18), erasure (Art. 17), objection (Art. 21), data portability (Art. 20) and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
VII. Security of personal data
The controller has adopted appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure personal data. Only authorised persons have access to the data.
VIII. Final provisions
By submitting an order you confirm that you are familiar with and fully accept these personal data protection terms. The controller is entitled to amend these terms and will publish the new version on its website.
